• Only two products are used in the recipe: Supersize and modified starch for making the recipe.
• The quantity of Supersize added in recipes ranges from 5-17.5% on the weight of starch used according to the articles to be sized, no additives are used.
• Can be used with any type of equipment.
• As the Supersize comes in bags of 2.5 Kgs, it avoids the process of weighing which makes it easier to use and no mistakes on quantities used, also easy control of stocks.
• Easy solution (just a minute), and compatible with all types of starches such as modified wheat, corn, potato and tapioca.
• Steam economy, once reached the boiling point, (on open kettle 95 C, on High Pressure kettle 115 C), steam is closed and recipe is left for stabilization for a period of 10 min. after the sizing recipe is ready to be used.
• The viscosity and concentration does not vary from the beginning to the end of sizing process.
• No dust on the separation bars nor at the looms.
• Suitable for the sizing of indigo, either by rope or continue method high efficiency in fast looms.
• Not causing stains if the sizing machine stops, reducing the percentage of second grade.
• To increase the weight of the yarn or modify texture, it is only necessary to increase or reduce the amount of starch used.

• The humidity regain should be 7% in cotton fibers.
