Characteristic

• The Supercol is a 100% full active auxiliary, which modifies and potentiates virgin starches such as corn, wheat, potato, or tapioca.
• The supercol is compatible with any other type of synthetic binders helping to improve the coverage and encapsulation of the yarns.
• It also lubricates and provides softness to them.
• It can be used on OE yarns and conventional yarns, also in the fancy yarns “flame”. Achieving the best results in the weaving, lowering warp breaks and improving the fine quality fabric.
• No matter the equipment used, results are excellent.

Advantages:

Avoiding in adding any other type of auxiliaries (PVA-ACRYLICS, SOFTENERS or others).

The gum made with Supercol does not produce foam, it is soluble.

It is possible to size all types of articles; obtaining bett Presentation Supercol s, reducing powder.

The fabric sized with Supercol provides excellent levels vi sumness (0.0 – 10 I0S) which gives excellent finishing touch and improves the texture of the fabric.

It is compatible with any color fixing agent, it degrades more easily and with lower cost compared to any other synthetic auxiliary.

Packing

The supercol comes in a bag of 25 kg or in bags of 2.5 kgs packed in a bag containing 10 small bags.

Recommendation for use

The supercol can be used in proportions of 5% to 15% on the weight of the starch, depending on the article to be sized.
